Leadership Looks Like Her

Leadership Looks Like Her

A Global Movement

Evidence, not inspiration:

15 women at the helm of companies on

six continents rewriting what power looks like.

Why This Book Exists

Women are not kept out of leadership for lack of intellect or ambition, but by decades of subtle conditioning that tells us we are “too much” or “not enough” at the same time. From boardrooms to funding rounds, the confidence gap is reinforced by rooms that still skew male, expectations that still skew traditional, and a constant pressure to justify our presence twice as hard for half the credit. The result is a chronic underrepresentation of women at the very top, even in markets where we quietly drive performance, profit, and culture.

This project exists to move the conversation from opinion to evidence. By documenting the lived strategies, decisions, and inflection points of 15 women who already sit in the CEO seat across continents and sectors, Leadership Looks Like Her becomes a global dossier of what female leadership actually looks like when it is fully exercised. Not theories about what might work, but disciplined, real-world proof that the ceiling is not structural inevitability—it is a story that can be rewritten, and has been, by women like you.

What Leadership Looks Like Now

Leadership Looks Like Her is a documentary‑style book built from in‑person interviews with 15 women who run companies across six continents.

Instead of offering abstract advice, it captures the precise decisions, trade‑offs, and inner shifts that allowed them to move from being underestimated to setting the agenda.

Designed for women already operating at a high level—and for the institutions that claim to want them there—it reads like a confidential briefing on what female leadership actually looks like when it is fully exercised.

Global Proof, Not Theory

Firsthand accounts from CEOs in diverse markets and cultures, creating a cross-continental evidence base for women’s leadership at scale.

Unfiltered Voices

Real language, real resistance, and real breakthroughs—capturing the comments, biases, and pivotal moments these women rarely share on panels or in press profiles.

Strategic Playbook

Clear frameworks on sponsorship, decision-making, risk, and power—distilled from patterns that emerge across all 15 stories.

Movement Infrastructure

A book tied to a live ecosystem: podcast interviews, a mastermind cohort, and ongoing collaborations that extend beyond publication.
