I’m so glad you’ve found your way here. If you’re reading this, I have a feeling we might have a lot in common.
At 45, I decided to venture into the world of coaching, and it was an eye-opener. I quickly realized the field was more saturated than I’d anticipated, and I found myself questioning whether my skills were enough to make a real impact.
There were moments of self-doubt, I won’t deny it. I’d look at other coaches and wonder if I had what it took to stand out, to truly help people. But something kept pushing me forward – a deep-seated passion for empowering women to overcome their own self-doubt and recognize their inherent worth.
That’s how Live Proudly Coaching came to be. It’s more than just a business; it’s a mission to help women embrace their choices without shame or apology. Whether it’s pursuing entrepreneurship, choosing to be single and travel, becoming a single mother, dedicating oneself to family life, or working a regular 9-5 – I believe every woman should be able to make these choices proudly.
What really fueled my determination was seeing the women around me struggling under the weight of societal expectations. I witnessed brilliant, capable women dimming their light to fit into predetermined roles. It became clear to me that by helping women change their internal narrative, we could create a ripple effect of positive change.
Overcoming my own doubts wasn’t easy, but it was necessary. Every time I felt unsure, I reminded myself of the women who needed support, who needed someone to believe in them. Gradually, my confidence grew, not just in my abilities as a coach, but in the importance of the work I was doing.
You never fully eliminate self-doubt, but you can develop the tools to push through it. I focused on building resilience, so that when those moments of uncertainty hit, I had the strength to keep moving forward.
I celebrated my accomplishments, no matter how small. I fully embraced the “yet” mindset. I added yet, to every sentence where I acknowledged that I hadn’t made it yet 😉
I also learned to treat myself kinder and remind myself that I’m also just a mere human, wishing to be Superwoman.
I might not be the perfect coach, if there is such one, but I am a dedicated one. I’m committed to continuous learning and growth, all in service of helping women recognize their power and live authentically.
Live Proudly Coaching isn’t just about individual transformation; it’s about creating a community where women lift each other up, where we celebrate our diverse choices and paths. It’s about changing the conversation around what it means to be a successful, fulfilled woman in today’s world.
As I continue on this journey, I’m filled with excitement for the future. I’ve seen firsthand the incredible changes that occur when women start believing in themselves, when they stop apologizing for their ambitions and start pursuing them wholeheartedly.
This is more than just coaching to me. I am building a movement of proud, empowered women ready to make their mark on the world. And, it’s a beautiful thing to witness.
